year in fast motion
This year seems to be flying by, it seems that we were only just celebrating Christmas and now we are over half way through the year! Everyone was complaining about the cold weather and now they are struggling with the heatwave, 37.2C had been the record temp since 1910 which was set at 37.9C last week. It only rained 2 days this last week as well 
We are loving it.

extended stay
We arrived at Geneva airport last night ready to fly home to the UK only to be told that our flight was cancelled! We are now sitting in the airport a day later and are being re-routed to Gatwick airport, some 3 hours from where our car is parked! We have been here so long, we thought we saw Tom Hanks We did get a complimentary night in the Crowne Plaza hotel though. Ah the best laid plans…..
